We take cash, check, visa or mastercard. 
 
If you book an appointment online you will be asked to choose a payment method:  cash, check, or insurance.  This is to let us know how you will be paying the day of your appointment.
 
The option to pay online with credit card will soon be available, until it is just choose "cash" and pay how you like at the time of your appointment.
 
Insurance:  For the majority, insurance will only be filed for cases of auto accident and workman's comp, and must be doctor referred.  If this is your case, please call and discuss your specifics.
