I graduated with honors from Carteret Community College in Morehead City with a diploma in Therapeutic Massage.  My training includes: Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Medical massage.  I am nationally board certified and state licensed in North Carolina.  I also have additional training in neuromuscular therapy and am a certified Medical Massage Practitioner.  My memberships include Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, as well as the Onslow County Council for Women.
 
Being pro-active in my community to support health and wellness by incorporating massage is something I'm very proud of.  Some of the activities I've been a part of are:  Onslow Memorial Hospital Health Fair, Jacksonville City Health Fair, Treat Yourself Right Day for city employees, and keeping current with the Community Health Improvement Process (CHIPS).
